The voluntary hours and contributions of human and physical resources are the heart and soul of this project. There is no possible way to accomplish our goals and provide valuable support to the Copey Learning Center without the volunteerism we receive.
I am provided a book each year containing all of the prior year’s posts wonderfully edited and bound to add to my library. This book is voluntarily done and greatly appreciated. Beverly Eads has delivered twelve binders covering our entire time of existence. 
Amelia Terry, Emory & Henry University (EHU) student spent about five weeks in Copey to volunteer at the Copey Learning Center. She followed a long and growing line of EHU students who have previously traveled to Copey since 2016 to volunteer in the Copey Learning Center. 
There are numerous outstanding volunteers who assisted in preparing for visa approvals, planned itineraries, chaperoned assignments, provided local transportation, secured housing and meals, and completed a host of other activities associated with the Pathway Project. These key volunteers include: Dr. Celeste Gaia, Dr. Edward Davis, and Monica Hoel affiliated with EHU.
Our annual cookout hosted by George Whitley with the help of others was again a major highlight enjoyed by more than forty “Friends” who gathered to greet our Pathway Project students. This event is now the capstone of our commitment to The Copey Learning Center.
We offer our very special gratitude to Chapone Catalina who completely gave up her personal life for about twelve days while traveling with our two Copey students who has her students under her control 24/7 while traveling under the Pathway Project.
